Special cleaning services

We create an individualised service package for each of our clients and we can conduct the following cleaning services on regular or otherwise defined periods.

Special premise cleaning services: 

• general cleaning prior to disinfecting the premises or in preparation of inspection by hygiene services.
• cleaning of particularly soiled services (PVC, marmoleum, parquet, concrete);
• impregnation of concrete and tiled flooring, crystallisation of marble flooring; 
• waxing of PVC, marmoleum, parquet flooring;
• carpet cleaning using damp method;
• soiled soft furnishings cleaning;
• cleaning of windows, light fixtures, ceilings, high walls, plumbing;
• special purpose premises cleaning (grain towers, bunkers, hoists etc.);
• cleaning services of high placed windows and glass partitions.

Construction site maintenance:

• construction waste sorting;
• construction waste container hire and removal;
• waste collection at the construction site and the whole construction territory;
• continued construction site maintenance during construction work;
• daily reporting of work completed according to documentation.

Construction clean-up:

• building lime removal and vacuuming from surfaces;
• construction waste removal;
• construction waste container hire;
• cleaning of windows, glass partitions and doors (in difficult to access areas we use work platforms, for working in high buildings we hire only qualified high-rise window cleaners);
• full cleaning of sanitary facilities;
• floor cleaning, waxing and coating with protective materials.
